Intermittent problems POPping email servers in the last half hour.

Error message..."Socket Error: 10060, Port: 110, Protocol: POP.A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.."
Every other attempt failing. I can get into other third party servers ok.

A few of the mail collection servers look to be under load which I suspect is related. I'll make sure it's on somebody's radar.
Edit: Seems to be under control now.
