I have been told by a client that sometimes they are not able to email me because the address fails. Yet, at other times their emails arrive OK. This is making them rather irritated because they see me as being an unreliable contact, with important information is being lost or delayed.
I have noticed there are a lot of unhappy people with longstanding email issues on this forum (I've just joined to try and get advice from real people), so I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done about this erratic problem I'm having or whether there's no point in wasting time trying to determine what/who is at fault.
I appreciate the lengths to which some of the more tech savvy have gone to in trying to resolve their problems, albeit to no avail.
