I am getting reports from colleagues that when emails are being sent to my plusnet address they are getting a spam notification that I did not want their email. Error message as below:-
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
firstname.lastname@example.org on 28/08/2020 10:55
Diagnostic code = NoDiagnostic; Reason code = TransferFailed; Status code = 500

I have tried sending an email from my gmail account and the message is getting through but I am getting a bouncback "Mail Delivery subsystem" email saying
"There was a problem delivering your message to email@example.com. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes.
There is an attached text document that says

I have checked my spam settinmgs and they are set to the lowest level 1.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
