Incoming emails being rejected as spam

I am getting reports from colleagues that when emails are being sent to my plusnet address they are getting a spam notification that I did not want their email. Error message as below:-
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
xxxx@xxxx.plus.com on 28/08/2020 10:55
Diagnostic code = NoDiagnostic; Reason code = TransferFailed; Status code = 500
<mx.avasin.plus.net (212.159.9.200) #5.0.0 smtp;552 Spam Message Rejected>
I have tried sending an email from my gmail account and the message is getting through but I am getting a bouncback "Mail Delivery subsystem" email saying
"There was a problem delivering your message to xxxx@xxxx.plus.com. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes.
There is an attached text document that says
"Reporting-MTA: dns; googlemail.com
Received-From-MTA: dns; _______@gmail.com
Arrival-Date: Fri, 28 Aug 2020 05:15:44 -0700 (PDT)

I have checked my spam settinmgs and they are set to the lowest level 1.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

@JW is there enough information here for a look at the diagnostic in-bound logs please?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
