I agree with the gist of what you're saying, but it's the PN staffers who should be listening.

Moderators are customers like you and me, and voluntarily keep an eye on the conduct of the forum.

Moderators are customers just like yourself and have no access to customers' accounts or any of the Plusnet systems.

Load on the mail collection servers has been creeping up of late, highly likely to be related. I believe we're looking at mitigation but it's likely to be a fairly protracted journey
