Important Email just went missing - can someone from support help me ?

Hi

I just saw an email in my inBox, using Webmail, from a recruitment agency. I contained some important information that I need to read. My inBox was getting rather cluttered and I have messages from two senders with the same name so I took the time to create a new folder and scuttle some  less important messages out of the way. 

The really important message that I need to see has gone. It's not in any of my other folders. I think this has happened before to be honest but back then I couldn't be sure I didn't delete it by mistake. I am sure today.

 

Is a support person reading this ? can you try to get the message back. I received it around 8 am today, 08:02 I think it was.
