Imap mail from ipad

My ipad has not been able to get any mail since the 17th of March, I assumed it was an apple update that had broke it but have now tried on nexus 7 and no joy there either. Pop mail on computer still works ok

Hi there,
Just wondering if you were doing anything different to usual? i.e connecting over 3g/4g instead of Wifi?
Also do you see any particular error messages?
