IPhone 5 mail setup

Hi all,
I am the lucky recipient of an iPhone5, perfect in every way, only thing is I dont seem to be able to set up my beloved metronet mail account on it, can anyone shed some light on this please?
There used to be a great setup guide somewhere on here but for the life of me I cant find it!

it does work up to a point but now keeps on saying that the imap username or password is incorrect Sad
maybe its because i have a metronet email address?
i shall keep trying...

Strangely the Metronet email setup info http://www.metronet.co.uk/support/email/email_settings/setup/setting_up_email.shtml doesn't mention IMAP !!
Maybe someone more familiar with Metronet could confirm whether IMAP works on a Metronet account ?
