IMAP - Filesystem Notification Initialisation Error

Started yesterday - I frequently get the following message when opening Outlook. (I use the PN IMAP server).
Doesn't seem to be troubling anything my end - email still works fine.

Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Filesystem notification initialization error -- contact your mail administrator (check for configuration errors with the FAM/Gamin library)

My limited understanding is that this is a server error. Anyone more knowledgeable before I raise a question?
