I'm using IE and I've had an email address set up for ages.
I now can't log in to access the email online. I've tried everything I can think of and I've even updated the password in case I was getting it wrong.
On the webmail webpage - what user name do I use to login. I've tried using the full force9 email address and also the email name and account E.g. paul+account as the user name. I also make sure the Force9 is selected.
I don't know what else to try. Please help!

Problem solved: I was using the name and account the wrong way round. It should be account+paul as the name.
