How to sync laptop Windows Live Mail with Android phone?

Go to the the store and download the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=en_GB

That was the app I used when I had an Android mobile.

I used "sync" all my email accounts as I preferred it to the native app.

I do this via gmail and it took no time or effort to set up as you can use it to pull in mail from external providers and find it a much better experience than using Windows Live mail.
