How to restaure email after 90 days ?

Hello hello !
After a long period of time without connecting to my mailbox, I just went back there today and I was surprised to see all my mails missing and a mail from the support indicating that I hadn't connected for 90 days.
Except that I can't find a way to open a ticket according to the recommended method to restore my emails.
Any help ?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
