Hi I am new to this and not very techie but would really appreciate some help.
After being told by Plusnet they are no longer support business broadband, at their suggestion I transferred broadband/phone to BT Business. Unfortunately, my email was not transferred and now Plusnet have told me they have suspended/deleted my email/licence. I am only a small business, but without my email account, I don't think I can survive.
@higgyp1 Plusnet no longer supply email addresses and do not offer mail-only accounts ( as of June last year) - were you not advised of this when you transferred to BT Business? If not, you should have been, and the person/people you spoke to were (shall we say) a bit lax.
Unfortunately, there is no way of reversing any of this.
