How can I block a specific email address contacting me...?

I want to block a specific email address.
It must be simple to do -- but I`ve searched all over and can`t find the answer...
Your help would be much appreciated.
I am a madasafish account user.

I don't know if it the same for Madasafish but the Plusnet version is via Email Settings then Manage My Mail then Spam and blacklist an address

Thanks for the idea....but it doesn't work in Madasafish.
Ridiculous that I cannot simply put an address in somewhere and choose to block it. It should be one of the easiest things to do on a mail program.
I do not want to spend a fortune hanging on a Madasafish helpline...
Any other frustrated Madasafish users out there...?

Setup up an incoming rule in your email client to delete incoming mail that matches the conditions you set.  This can also be achieved in Madasfish webmail:
Settings>Mail Filter
