Hi,
Someone from a company I subscribe to cannot send me emails as PN keeps blocking them.
How can I get PN to allow their emails to reach me?

Hi bazzer,
You could try adding the e-mail address in question to the whitelist on the Spam Filter?
You can do that by at http://portal.plus.net > selecting 'Manage My Mail' > 'Spam' > add the e-mail address to the 'Approved List'.

Incidentally the rejection message states "The following organization rejected your message: mx.avasin.plus.net" if that helps explain further?
