Hotmail

Mr daughter uses hotmail for her email, this has been hacked, she has used this for several years, but of course cannot now use, further cannot contact microsoft, or delete her account. Any help with this would be appreciated. Also the only altenative I have found is to answer very old security questions which she cannot remember.

Welcome to the forum jgc
When my Hotmail account was hacked I had to go through a detailed procedure with Microsoft to re-enable the account.
Sadly I can't remember all the details as it was quite a while ago but apparently I remembered enough personal information to satisfy Microsoft.
