Help sought - Email attachment won't download

I'm having some difficulty trying to download a pdf attached to an email. Size is 81Mb. Seems to time out when trying to download via Outlook Express, I'm not sure what is going wrong on webmail.
Need some help from Plusnet support staff. I can provide more details by PM to whoever is able to help.

I have seen this many times when downloading large files into outlook express, it times out before you get all the file, this in effect blocks all following Emails from downloading. Easier if you go to your email provider web page, log in there and then download the attachment you won't get the timeout that way.

Have you tried increasing the timeout? Google 'outlook express timeout' for info how to do this.
