OK, I'm more familiar with Linux, but the setup may well be similar.

As asked by @jab1, what specifically are you having trouble with?

I assume that you know the password for the email?

Don't publish your full email address here, but what is the domain name, (the bit after the @ symbol), eg @gmail.com, or @btinternet.com etc?
