Help setting up email on Orange San fransisco phone running android 2.1

Are there any instructions on how to set up my plus net email on an android phone? I cant see where to put in the incoming and outgoing servers?

I think it depends on which app you're using to do the email, which one is it? If it's the gmail one I believe that only access gmail accounts and can't be used to access other mail servers, though you can set up your gmail account such that it collects email from other mailboxes. I suspect that has to be done via the full gmail website though, rather than the gmail app.
