Help needed with holiday access to emails please

Hi,
I'm shortly going to stay with my daughter and want to access my plusnet.com emails from her computer and/or her tablet.  The computer is Apple and the tablet Android.
Please can somebody tell me how I can do this.
Alternatively, can I redirect/forward my plusnet.com emails to my gmail.com address whilst I'm away, as I know I can easily access my gmail.

Thank you both so much - I did look at the email set-up page before posting but couldn't find what I needed, so Artmo's link with all the screen shots looks absolutely great.  Thanks again.

Dont forget that only webmail is secure,  using IMAP or POP access from a foreign country may not be a wise idea.
