Help - need to add MX Record for a domain hosted by plusnet

HELP - I added a domain to plusnet months ago  but have only just tried to setup email, the emails get rejected as there is no mx record for the domain, I have tried to add one but as usual there are no proper instructions. I have two other domains with plusnet that have the mx records as they are domains I have had for many years. It shouldn’t be so difficult, I know what I need to add but I cannot find a screen print anywhere that shows me what to put where for both the MX and A records. I have attached a screenshot of what I am trying to do, so I hope someone can tell me if this is context as plusnet support can give no help. Thanks

You state you added a domain ‘months’ ago implying that is comparatively recent. Plusnet stopped hosting domains over a year ago, which is why instructions are rather scant.

Where is the domain registered and who provides the name server service?
