Help files no linky, worky

I was poking around the email help files trying to remember how to logon to separate mailbox accounts, still at a loss.

Anyway the links on this help page and other pages do nothing, they indicate a link but nothing happens when clicked.

If that can't be answered, can someone remind me how to logon to separate email accounts, I think I have to enter userid+something.

 

Update: Have sorted out log on to Webmail for additional mailboxes, the video on this page does not say the user may need to enter the unique password for the additional mailbox.

Internet Explorer 11 links/drop downs do not work.

With Chromeware the links work.
