These have been arriving every minute or two since the middle of the night. It is the same message about signing up for a free trial or DNA kit. I have never signed up to this outfit. I have tried to unsubscribe and have reported as spam. I have gone into my PN account and blacklisted the email address and domain but still they come! Any ideas as to how to deal with this? I have my email client diverting to spam but would prefer them to stop before they get to me.

For blacklisting these emails are you using the correct "sender" address? This is *not* the From address which your email client will display,
The real sender is that shown by the Return path header and that one is the entry required in the blacklist.. If you check this in several of the messages is it always the same one? It is likely to be a complex string which bears no relationship to the From address you see.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
