I have failed to delete a sufficient number of emails in time, and they have all been archived.
I cannot seem to get into Chat or get through by phone to request they be unarchived.
Would it be possible for someone to ask the appropriate department if the emails could be restored, please?

I have been able to speak to Tech Support by phone. They will submit a request to the Networks dept to unarchive my mailbox.
I should hear back within 24/48 hours to confirm this is being actioned.
I’ll leave this post open for the moment, in case this info can help anyone else in the same situation.
Mailbox now restored. Many thanks to Malcolm, Dudley and the team.
Now to resume deleting, in the hope I can get the total to well below the 1Gb limit 🤞
