Haven't received an email in ages!

A few weeks ago I received an email from Plusnet Support entitled 'Important information regarding your email account' which stated that "It has come to our attention that you have not recently been accessing this email account". Which was strange because I always check my mail. I received about 30 of these messages in one bulk, all dated the 1st and 14th of each month this year, and some from last. Ever since then, I've received just one email (on October 7th) which was ironically from Plusnet. I haven't changed any settings anywhere, and everything in Windows mail seems fine. Any ideas?

Can you PM me the email address in question, as you have 2 on the account.
