Greenby finished migrating my Plusnet email accounts last Tuesday and they have emptied my archive and sent boxes. I tried a 'conversation' with a chatbot, which offered to put me in touch with an agent but this has not happened despite a couple of reminders, not even a 'holding' response.

Totally unacceptable.
Coupled with the obvious security breach(es) PN should halt this nightmare immediately.

I was connected to Greenby 2 days ago
Cant make much sense of their website and most importantly I couldnt find how to contact anyone by phone
Couldnt find any data on Greenby. Where are their premises ? What other companies use them.
Advised of a security breach on my email account but no info on what I should do about it
My email is working OK. and I appreciate its early days.
Will keep looking at their website and see if it improves.
I opened an account a year ago with Runbox before any announcements about Greenby, When Greenby surfaced I sat tight and so have not transferred many of my plusnet accounts. Its a nightmare job changing email addresses across all of the internet company accounts I have .
Wont close my Runbox account just yet. as I said its early days.
Please keep posting on this topic so we all get max info
