Re Spam Folder:

Yes I noticed this. There spam filter is putting far more into their spam folder than plusnet seemed to do (PN did make some mistakes but not nearly so many).

Greenby has a spam filter on/off and a slider setting as to agressive it is. I've tried reducing it a lot in how agressive it its.

If you don't get much spam and it's still an issue could switch off? It's on the greenby site once you log in.

Currently however they have the novel idea of reducing spam by totally not &£&£&& working!

My email service is broken, I cant log in . I get a message login to server with username failed. with the option of retry,enter new password, or cancel

Trying to get help is totally useless no reply on the Greenby auto system and no Greenby telephone facility

This is totally unsatisfactory. I need my email service right now. Is it Greenby that have lost the place, but I bear in mind Plusnet 

advised us to move to them, What a shower . I have to make a decision by 9 am whether to start migrating all my email facility to a reliable provider, no joke when you have many email accounts across the net

Been a plusnet customer since shortly after they started. Whoever selected Greenby should be sacked. Ive just order a fibre system and moved to EE for my phone fortunately I still have time to cancel.

I have entered email address which were put in spam folder into the whitelist but some of them are still put into spam.

I've had no email since yesterday afternoon.  Still not working this morning, I assume it is still down and everyone else is affected?    

It is working again,  I hope that this isn't going to happen regularly.

I've reverted to plusnet, @plusnet please never close down 🙏 🙏 🙏.
We grumbled about plusnet mail, but greenby is 10 times worse. Clunky and unreliable, it handles emails the way they were handled 25 - 30 years ago. A total disgrace.

Not  sure what you mean skylark by reverting to plusnet, I was a plusnet address for years and was moved to Greenby as they are AFAIK shutting plusnet email down totally? (Well maybe they'l keep it for internal or something, but for customers anyway!).

Actually thinking about THAT, given an mx record etc is at domain level, from my (not thought about it for a while) understanding of email they must be doing something funny to have some PN customers still be PN and some Greenby, like routing by username. But anyway.

I am a Force9 member and have been able to use Plusnet and /or Greenby. With all its faults, Plusnet is so much better than Greenby.
