IMAP Mailbox Initially Empty After Transfer to Greenby?

Customers that use IMAP (where a copy of email is retained on the server) to view email via a client (such as Microsoft Outlook) may need to re-synch their email, or wait around 24 hours for email to be seen once migration to Greenby is complete.
Configuring a new client, such as Thunderbird will re-start the download process and thus emails will be instantly viewable in the new client.

Following migration, email should be accessible immediately via the webmail client ... whilst your chosen IMAP email client does whatever it needs to, with the new mail server.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
