So, like many others it looks like I have now been migrated to Greenby and I now have questions. I got an email "Welcome to Greenby" telling me all I need to do right now is login to Greenby to access my mailbox.
I have two email accounts - a globalnet account and a plus.net account. I'm guessing that it is the plus.net account that got migrated as all emails stored there got re-downloaded to my email client, which I've seen other people mention occurs after migration. The "Welcome..." email also went to the globalnet account but that may be because everything is automatically forwarded from the plus.net account to the globalnet email.
So, how long from the "Welcome..." email being received does it take to be able to login to the greenby.com dashboard? Right now when I try to login to Greenby I get a message saying that "Account details not recognised" along with a popup saying "Whoops! User not found".
Do I get another email when everything becomes active along with any changes I might need to make to configuration of my email client?

No, the email you received is sent when the migration is complete. You should not need to change any configuration of your email client.

You should ne able to see which account it was for by the TO: address, even if it was forwarded
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I had a similar situation.
I managed to get a web chat with one of the Greenby support staff and he pointed out that my Plusnet account had been migrated but not my Globalnet account.
He was not able to tell me when it would happen but said I would receive another email.
On the Greeby login page, Globalnet does not appear in the dropdown list.
