Greenby Migration help please?

I received no information about the transfer to Greenby, and can no trace of the emails that I should have received about migration.  In sort, as a result, I have not received any emails for about 5 days.

I phoned plusnet, and a very helpful chap there helped me to log into webmail, but the emails are missing.

In my case, my daughter sent some very important emails which cannot now be found on either her computer or in the webmail.

I've had to pay £15 to Greenby, which reading these threads I'm not sure I should have done?

I also cannot now reliably get the email client on Macbook to work, I've tried changing the settings, but clearly I'm doing something wrong (it's mainly my duaghters account that is affected - not my main inbox, and she has her own email account under mine, it's not an alias.  Do we need to do something different with hers?

I've honestly never experienced something so ridiculous.  I work in support and really feel for the support team at Plusnet who must be dealing with dozens upon dozens of calls caused by this, and none of it of their own making.

Re: Greenby Migration help please?

If you have been migrated to Greenby and the inboxes are empty.
Using the www.greenby.com Portal and first check that all your email accounts are listed.

Next open a new Greenby support ticket...

List all email accounts that are missing
and list all the email accounts that have empty inboxes.

Do you still have an active Plusnet account, or have you left Plusnet and only have a PN email account? If not a current Plusnet customer you would have to pay £15 pa after 30 days to continue with Greenby email service. Unfortunately, my  understand is that if your email was closed after 30 days, before payment was made, the emails would not have been delivered as the account was non-operational. Messages sent to your account would have been returned to the sender,

If this is not the case then something else has happened.
