Globalnet emails

A friend of mine who has a Globalnet email account found that all emails dissappeared arouns 1st January. She sent an email to the account and it appeared. A few days later the same happened, emails dossappeared.

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what has happened please

Hi there, it sounds like the messages may have been archived, that can happen if the mailbox hasn't been logged into for over 90 days or if the messages stored exceed 1gb. Please feel free to send me a private message with your friends email address and I'll have a look into it for them.
