I have a Globalnet.co.uk email (twenty or so years old now) which has been plodding along quite without incident through its iterations of Globalnet, maddasafish and now uk2 until yesterday afternoon when I stopped receiving emails in my outlook client.
I went to webmail and that has stopped receiving emails also.
To check, I tried to send an email from webmail but it said
"unable to perform operation, no free disk space"
But there is free disk space as confirmed by plusnet support and they have said they will look into it but may take a few days!
Anyone experienced similar and have some wisdom please?
Thanks for getting in touch @mugelbbub I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your Globalnet email address. It sounds like your mailbox is full. Having said that could you PM me the email address so I can look into this for you?
