Getting 2 copies of emails in Outlook 2002

I am getting 2 copies of each email into my inbox in Outlook when downloading from Plusnet.  Other email providers correctly download 1 copy of each.
Is there a setting I have missed or set wrong.
Thanks
Ray

Check who the email is addressed to.  Probably you and postmaster@username.plus.com. You can delete the postmaster maibox in Member Centre > Email Settings > Manage My Mail to solve the duplication.

Does this apply to all emails or just those coming from PN? If it is all emails then check if Outlook is set to 'leave copy on server'. Have a look in (I think) Tools - Accounts, then edit the appropriate account, and have a rummage around there.

Check the headers of the messages. Do they have the same message ID? Do you see two copies of the messages in Webmail before you download them?
