Get Sent messages in Webmail into Outlook

I'm hoping this will be a blindingly obvious fix please!

I'm using Outlook for Office 365, and wonder if there's a way to get messages that I've sent from webmail to be downloaded to Outlook the next time I'm using my home laptop?

Had to send an important email today while I was away from home and for the life of me cannot work out how to get it onto my laptop, and would rather keep a local copy of it than rely on wherever the webmail stores it!

Grateful for any thoughts!

if you connect your account via imap in outlook as well, you can see the sent items and then you should be able to drag and drop the messages.
