Freenetname setup on outlook

My farther passed away recently leaving us in a spot were no one in our family has a clue how our emails work. I have been trying to add us on to Outlook but all the guides from Madasafish and Plusnet don't explain the setup very well.

I have managed to add the @freenetname.co.uk account on to our Outlook but I can not figure out how to add the @surname emails that we used on to Outlook.

Any help would be great.

Which version of outlook?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
