My ipad is set up to receive a freenetname email which I set up some time ago when with globalnet/madasafish. Suddenly I am being told that the username/settings are wrong and emails can no longer be obtained or sent through it. Has this fallen victim to the Madasafish takeover?
Assuming I'm looking at the right account, the Freenetname one has been closed. If you need to retain the email address you'd need to get in touch with support and arrange for it to be re-instated as a paid Justmail account.
