I have changed my email password in my Webmail (and can log in there).
I believe this also applies the the 'My Account' section (as I can log in there as well).
However, I cannot sign in to create a Ticket
I have changed my corresponding email password in WLM and I can receive emails but I cannot send them, as it keeps asking for the password. When I cancel out of the dialog box and the send function fails, there is no error listed - it is just a blank box!
Can anyone help me with this? It does seem to occur every year or so....?
