Hi, I have a legacy Freenetname email account with Plus net, today I accessed it via webmail because I wanted to change my password (had some issues with a 3rd party hack on other accounts). I opened my account no problem but inside all that was there is today's emails, all my past correspondence has gone, the bin is also empty.
Has anyone else had this issue, please?
P.s. I haven't deleted them myself, unless I did it in an unconscious trance... 😉
P.P.S. I changed password at Mad As A Fish no problem.

a 3rd party hack
Begs the question have they also hacked your email account and deleted (harvested) the emails therein? Freenetname has a 250MB hard storage limit and Plusnet does not archive that brand - it simply refuses to accept more emails when it is full.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
