Freenetname Madasafish No Email Forwarding since last week SMTP Error 550

Transferred from 'everything else' as suggested:

You host <redacted>.co.uk (no content) and I use <redacted>@<redacted>.co.uk email addresses as my normal email address. All<redacted>.co.uk are just forwarded to my outlook <redacted>@outlook.com, but since 28th October these seem to have stopped. Testing on webmail.plus.net sending a direct email gives SMTP error 550 with message shown on attachment.

ALSO (or because of this problem) I have heard nothing about your transfer of hosting/email to Greenby - discovered on this forum. I note my domain expires early next year, worried who / how this will be handled.

Please can anyone help urgently with getting emails going again?
