Free-online server not sending emails from outlook

My outlook has just started refusing to send emails (last 3 days).

Task 'Jayne@thenuttytart.free-online.co.uk - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 550 <jayne@thenuttytart.free-online.co.uk> sender domain rejected (blacklisted by local policy)'

I checked settings and they haven't changed. My sent items don't have the email in I tried to send. Tried 2 email addresses (both gmail accounts).

Anyone know what's happening?

Use the email server diagnostics (see the link below) to check your settings.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have tested using Outlook 365 sending from free-online to gmail and yahoo, I did not encounter any issues.

Have you had a chance to the use the email diagnostic as suggested by @Townman ?

The email diagnostic also details the correct client settings.

Thank you both - I will try the email diagnostic after work as it's a bit complicated for a simpleton like me 😄
