Hi, A couple of years back I was with Claranet and changed to Plusnet. For the next year Claranet forwarded my email to my new ISP (i.e. Plusnet). Do Plusnet offer a similar service? Is it free like Claranet or do you pay for it like BT? Many thanks
If you transfer away from Plusnet then your email will cease unless you request a downgrade to a mail only account which costs £20 per year. Have a look at para's 5 & 6 of 'General Policies' in the following link: http://www.plus.net/support/service/policies/cancellation.shtml#gp5
