Forgotten password on webmail

I don't normally use my plusnet email account - so I've forgotten my password. When I try to login via WebMail or Thunderbird I obviously struggle. I find it very poor that there isn't a password reset, or prompt available. I cannot see any indication whatsoever within my account area as to where I can retrieve or reset my password. The Help Assistant is completely unhelpful as well - as if I'm the first person ever to forget their password ....

If this is your default or main email account, the password is the same as your portal login. If you change the password on your portal login, it will change the password on your default email account.
For other mailboxes (e.g. username+mailboxname) you have a password reset under manage my mail.
