Force 9 not receiving any emails

I have not been receiving any emails for the last few days on my force 9 account as someone else has mentioned below .

I do not believe I have been migrated to Greenby as I’m unable to log in with them and they say it’s a webmail Plusnet issue 

Is anyone else having these problems and is there a fix ?
