I have been floundering since joining plusnet - it seems I am still receiving mail via TalkTalk even from plusnet! Every time I try to connect I get login failed messages. I seem to be in limbo - only Members seems to know who I am. So, what next? Not being very computer literate doesn't help, I fear the worst if presented with a choice of actions because none of them mean a thing to me! Is there someone who can tell me how to be less of a lost soul?
