False positive for message sent via Plusnet

Hi Plusnet,

We are having trouble sending a message (double recipient) via your outbound SMTP server as it keeps getting rejected as a suspected spam/virus.

I have redacted the recipient address details but kept the message reference so would it be possible for you to investigate why this is happening?

The mail system
