Customers who have been using the Plusnet email service, currently have two options when they leave -
1) Lose their email account, and have to update all their contacts with their new email address.
2) Downgrading their broadband service to a EMAIL ONLY account, and pay to continue using existing email.
My feature request is that Plusnet add another option, which is to forward all incoming emails to an external email address - specified by the customer on leaving.
This would cost almost nothing to implement, as Plusnet wouldn't have to maintain additional email storage for ex-customers, and would allow the possibility of returning customers to resume their previous account name (which apparently is not possible after downgrading to an EMAIL ONLY account).
