I am in the process of joining PlusNet and am trying to set up my email using Outlook 2007. I can receive email but when I try to send messages I get the error message 550-Relay not permitted. How can I correct this problem
Initially you would need to use the relay address of your current provider. The Plusnet one will only work after you are actually connected via Plusnet.
