Entire email account archived

Good Afternoon

Hoping someone can help, our entire email account has been archived - this creates a serious problem as my husband has recently recovered from throat cancer and has a laryngectomy - all our hospital correspondence is contained within our email history.

This will create serious issues as correspondence from speach therapists and consultants are needed.

Any help would be much appreciated, and unarchiving our emails would be appreciated, and we will delete all those not needed to get mailbox size to below 1gb.

I'm sorry to hear that the emails have been archived and I can appreciate how stressful this must be at an already difficult time. 

 

I have requested these to be unarchived and this will be done in batches over the next 24 hours. 

 

I will check back with you tomorrow to make sure you have them back Smiley
