Hi, I work for a large local government organisation. We appear to have appeared on a email Spam blocklist. All emails sent from my work email address to PlusNet based email addresses are bounced with a 552 error. Even as replies to incoming emails. I think this was due to accounts being hacked and spam emails being sent through our email servers. If they have cleared up the mess, how long is it before PlusNet and others are likely to unblock legitimate emails? Plus is there anyway this processed can be 'nudged along a bit'?
