Emails to a plus.com recipient from goolgemail rejected with 552 Spam Message Rejected

Hi,

 

This afternoon I received 552 Spam Message Rejected responses from email addressed to plus.com customer who is a relative of mine.  I've sent messages to this account previously without issues.  The problem started when I was trying to sort out problems with their Thunderbird client, so the messages were all very short, with the same subject and contents, for example, test1. 

 

If support can get in touch I will forward the bounced message.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
